Valentina a été la célébrante la plus merveilleuse que nous pouvions espérer. Dès nos premiers échanges, elle nous a mis totalement à l’aise. Nous sommes deux personnes plutôt réservées et nous étions assez nerveux à l’idée de parler devant tout le monde, mais Valentina a su apaiser toutes nos inquiétudes. We are thrilled we found D-day celebrant for our wedding as we were just stopping in Rome for a brief time during our travelling in Italy, and we were not sure that an elopement would be our best option. However, after we spoke to Valentina, we understood it would be a unique moment to cherish forever and so it was. We were on a terrace overlooking the lake and the sun was going down. Valentina was wearing a very elegant dress, and we were delighted to exchange our vows and rings on the Italian soil. Dopo aver avuto il tempo di rilassarci, sistemarci e riflettere su quello che è stato un matrimonio davvero fantastico, siamo giunti alla conclusione che la cerimonia è stata ciò che ha davvero dato il via alla meravigliosa celebrazione del nostro matrimonio. Such a special ceremony could never have been possible without Valentina! From the very first occasion of reaching out to her to marry us, she made sure we had a video call for everyone to get to know each other and so we were all able to feel comfortable in working together. Such a meeting was essential to her, as much as it was for us. We chose Valentina for our celebration being an international wedding in Italy, in Naples’ Gulf. Abbiamo conosciuto Valentina tramite l’app di matrimonio.com. Sin dal primo momento Valentina si è dimostrata empatica, sempre aperta e accogliente nei confronti delle nostre idee, presente ma discreta. Inizialmente ci ha fornito dei questionari individuali e di coppia, affinché potessimo farci conoscere. Poi la creazione della cerimonia si è basata su una serie di incontri tramite videocall e scambi di mail. Valentina è sempre stata anche super flessibile a livello di orari! La stesura della cerimonia e poi delle promesse sono i momenti che più abbiamo amato con Manuel perché ci siamo emozionati e divertiti! Valentina è stata una bellissima scoperta e siamo grati che abbia contribuito a rendere indimenticabile il nostro giorno speciale! Abbiamo deciso di sposarci in Italia con un matrimonio civile. Siamo polacchi e abbiamo prenotato la nostra location, ma abbiamo avuto difficoltà con le pratiche e la comunicazione con l'ufficio civile del Comune scelto. Ci è stato raccomandato di usare D-day come traduttore e lei ha fatto più di quanto ci aspettassimo, aiutandoci anche nell'organizzazione delle pratiche, dato che siamo arrivati nei dintorni di Roma solo un paio di giorni prima del giorno del matrimonio. Raccomandiamo D-day perché si impegna davvero a offrire servizi di alto livello, andando oltre le aspettative.

We deciced to get married in Italy with a civil wedding. We are from Poland and we booked our location, but we struggled with paperwork and communication with the Civil officea of the Municipality chosen. We were recommended to use D-day as our translator, and she did more than expected, as she also helped out with the paperwork organization, since we arrived in the surroundings of Rome only a couple of days before our wedding day. We recommend D-day as she is truly committed to offering top services, by going above and beyond.

Se non fosse stato per Valentina, non avremmo potuto sposarci!

Abbiamo deciso all'ultimo minuto di fare un matrimonio all'estero (prenotato nel settembre 2024, che si terrà nell'ottobre 2024) per 35 ospiti internazionali provenienti da tutto il mondo. Volevamo una cerimonia civile, quindi avevamo bisogno sia di un traduttore certificato per celebrare il rito civile, sia di un celebrante che parlasse abbastanza bene l'inglese per passare senza problemi da una cerimonia civile a una celebrazione simbolica. Pensavo che sarebbe stato impossibile trovare una persona del genere, ma la fortuna è stata dalla nostra parte: Valentina era disponibile. Non avremmo potuto desiderare un celebrante migliore.

Nonostante i tempi ristretti, si è presa il tempo necessario per conoscerci come coppia e ha scritto una cerimonia che è stata riflessiva, sentita e divertente. Ha incorporato riti simbolici che erano specifici per noi come coppia e tutti i nostri ospiti hanno fatto di tutto per dirci che secondo loro ha fatto un ottimo lavoro durante la cerimonia stessa. La cerimonia è stata perfetta.

Tuttavia, come se non bastasse, ha letteralmente salvato il nostro matrimonio. Una complicazione dell'ultimo minuto sia con la cerimonia civile che con il luogo della cerimonia nuziale ha fatto sì che a pochi giorni dall'evento non potessimo più procedere. Senza battere ciglio, Valentina è intervenuta per parlare con i nostri fornitori a nome nostro, si è assicurata che avessimo tutti i documenti necessari ed è stata la wedding planner di cui avevamo bisogno (ma che non avevamo prenotato).

Sono per sempre grata a Valentina per il suo lavoro sul nostro matrimonio e la raccomanderei con tutto il cuore a qualsiasi coppia che abbia bisogno di un celebrante. Renderà il vostro giorno magico.

If it wasn't for Valentina, we wouldn't have been able to get married!

We decided very last minute to do a wedding overseas (booked in September 2024, to happen in October 2024) for 35 international guests from all over the world. We wanted a civil ceremony so we required both a certified translator to perform the civil rite, as well as a celebrant who spoke good enough English to seamlessly transition from a civil ceremony to a symbolic celebration. I thought such a person would be impossible to find, but luck was on our side as Valentina was available. We couldn't have wished for a better celebrant.

Despite the short timeframe she took the time to get to know us as a couple, and wrote a ceremony that was thoughtful, heartfelt and funny. She incorporated symbolic rites that were specific to us as a couple and all of our guests went out of their way to tell us what a brilliant job they thought she did during the ceremony itself. The ceremony was perfect.

However, if that wasn't enough, she literally saved our wedding. A last minute complication with both the civil ceremony AND the wedding ceremony venue meant that with days to go we almost couldn't go ahead. Without even blinking Valentina stepped in to chat to our suppliers on our behalf, ensured we had all the relevant paperwork we needed and was the wedding planner we needed (but hadn't booked).

I am forever grateful to Valentina for her work on our wedding and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple who require a celebrant. She will make your day magical.
