Ilaria è stata un vero piacere con cui lavorare. Fin dal nostro primo colloquio, è stata molto accogliente e ci ha fatto sentire sicuri delle sue capacità e del budget che le avevamo affidato. Ci ha aiutato a creare un budget dettagliato ed è stata fantastica nel fornirci fornitori che rientravano nel nostro budget. Tutti coloro con cui abbiamo finito per collaborare hanno elogiato lei, e anche noi abbiamo amato tutti i nostri fornitori. Ha promosso una grande comunità di persone per rendere il tuo matrimonio speciale. È stata molto comunicativa, rispondendo sempre rapidamente alle email o informandomi quando sarebbe potuta tornare da me. Soprattutto, mi ha sempre fatto sentire a mio agio durante tutto il processo, rassicurandomi ogni volta che si presentavano imprevisti. Ilaria è stata un sogno assoluto da lavorare. Era reattiva, disponibile e ha contribuito a rendere il nostro giorno così speciale. Lei e il suo team sono estremamente professionali ed esperti. Hanno aiutato con i problemi di spedizione e il giorno del matrimonio sono riuscita a sentirmi tranquilla sapendo che avevano tutto sotto controllo. Siamo oltremodo grati per l'incredibile lavoro che Ilaria e il suo team hanno fatto per il nostro matrimonio! Fin dall'inizio, ha reso il processo di pianificazione così tanto più agevole rimanendo in cima ad ogni dettaglio, comunicando con tutti i nostri fornitori e assicurandosi che la sede fosse perfettamente preparata per il grande giorno.
Il suo giorno di coordinamento è stato davvero eccezionale: ha gestito tutto dietro le quinte in modo così semplice che siamo stati in grado di essere pienamente presenti e godere di ogni momento. Non dovevamo preoccuparci di una sola cosa perché aveva tutto sotto controllo, dalle tempistiche agli arrivi dei venditori alle modifiche dell’ultimo minuto.
Grazie alla sua professionalità, organizzazione e calma, energia positiva, il nostro giorno di nozze è stato assolutamente perfetto. Non ce l’avremmo fatta senza di lei!

We are beyond grateful for the incredible job Ilaria and her team did for our wedding! From the very beginning, she made the planning process so much smoother by staying on top of every detail, communicating with all our vendors, and making sure the venue was perfectly prepared for the big day.
Her day-of coordination was truly outstanding — she handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing because she had it all under control, from timelines to vendor arrivals to last-minute adjustments.

Originariamente avevamo un luogo e una data scelta, ma quando la sede non era all'altezza delle aspettative durante la nostra visita al sito, sapevamo che avevamo bisogno di un professionista. Abbiamo trovato Ilaria e lei ci ha aiutato rapidamente a trovare un nuovo locale e ha consigliato venditori incredibili che hanno reso la nostra giornata magica e il tutto pur rimanendo vicino al nostro budget.

Ilaria è stata assolutamente incredibile e non riesco a immaginare di pianificare il nostro matrimonio senza di lei. Ha reso il processo di pianificazione di un matrimonio di destinazione così facile per noi e è andata davvero al di là per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfetto (era). Era in cima a ogni piccolo dettaglio dalla ricerca di un luogo, fino alla fine della festa; ed era in loco a gestire tutto, dall'inizio della nostra cena di prova venerdì, fino alla fine della nostra festa in piscina di domenica. La sua comunicazione è stata ottima e nonostante la differenza di tempo di 7 ore, ha risposto a tutte le nostre fastidiose domande a tutte le ore del giorno / notte. Lei è davvero la migliore e non posso raccomandarle abbastanza. Eravamo così felici di farle partecipare al nostro matrimonio.

Ilaria was absolutely amazing and I cannot imagine planning our wedding without her. She made the process of planning a destination wedding so easy for us and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect (It was). She was on top of every small detail from the search for a venue, through the end of the party; and was on location handling everything from the beginning of our rehearsal dinner Friday, until the end of our pool party on Sunday. Her communication was great and despite the 7 hour time difference, she answered all of our annoying questions at all hours of the day/night. She is truly the best and I cannot recommend her enough. We were so happy to have her be a part of our wedding. -
