Ilaria e il suo team hanno reso la giornata così perfetta che è difficile esprimerlo a parole!

Dal nostro primo incontro, Ilaria è stata così pronta a rispondere a ogni nostra domanda, andando oltre per aiutare anche gli ospiti del matrimonio con le questioni di trasporto. Ogni domanda/problema è stato risolto con facilità e ha mantenuto un atteggiamento così rassicurante, cosa molto apprezzata. Ha persino aiutato a trovare poster a grandezza naturale dei nostri cani per unirsi alla festa — un reel che avevamo visto su Instagram e che lei ha contribuito a realizzare 😂

Il giorno stesso, mio marito ed io abbiamo detto che siamo riusciti a rilassarci immediatamente non appena è arrivata Ilaria, perché sapevamo che aveva tutto sotto controllo e questo ci ha permesso di essere completamente presenti mentre ci preparavamo per il giorno.

Non mi sentivo bene quella mattina del matrimonio e sono finita per vomitare durante la cena, il che non era l’ideale! Ilaria ha organizzato per farmi avere tè alla menta e del cibo semplice, e ha fatto imballare il mio pasto dai catering così da poterlo mangiare il giorno dopo. Ci ha incoraggiato a prenderci 15 minuti prima del primo ballo, il che mi ha fatto sentire molto meglio e, dal primo ballo, ho ballato tutta la notte e mi sono sentita molto meglio. Ovviamente non è l’ideale sentirsi così durante il pasto del matrimonio, ma Ilaria ha aiutato molto in quel momento. Allo stesso modo, mio marito ha abbracciato sua madre e si è macchiato la camicia di trucco pochi minuti prima della cerimonia, e Ilaria è intervenuta subito avendo il cambio di vestiti di riserva e in pochi minuti tutto era sistemato. È stato così utile averla lì per quelle cose per cui non si può pianificare, perché ha un’attitudine così positiva nel risolvere i problemi e non si stressa in quelle situazioni, ed è esattamente la presenza di cui avevamo bisogno.

È stato un vero piacere lavorare con lei e non potremmo raccomandarla abbastanza a qualsiasi coppia che cerca un’organizzatrice o una coordinatrice! From our initial meeting, Ilaria was so quick to respond to every query we had, going above and beyond to even help wedding guests with transport queries. Any question/problem was resolved with ease and she had such a calming attitude throughout which was so appreciated. She even helped source life size posters of our dogs to join the party - a reel we had seen on Instagram and she helped bring it to life 😂

On the day my husband and I both said we were able to instantly relax once Ilaria arrived as we knew she had everything handled and it meant we were then fully present getting ready for the day.

I hadn't felt well the morning of the wedding and ended up being sick during my wedding dinner which was not ideal! Ilaria arranged for me to have peppermint tea and some plain food, and got the caterers to pack up my meal so I could have it the next day. She encouraged us to take 15 minutes before the first dance which helped me feel so much better and from the first dance I was dancing all night and felt much better. It's obviously not ideal to feel like that during your wedding meal but Ilaria helped so much in that moment. Similarly my husband hugged his mum and got a make up mark on his shirt minutes before the ceremony and Ilaria instantly stepped in and had the spare and he was sorted within a few minutes. It was so helpful having her there for those things you can't plan for as she has such a great problem solving attitude and doesn't stress in those situations, which is exactly the presence we needed.

Ilaria was absolutely amazing and I cannot imagine planning our wedding without her. She made the process of planning a destination wedding so easy for us and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect (It was). She was on top of every small detail from the search for a venue, through the end of the party; and was on location handling everything from the beginning of our rehearsal dinner Friday, until the end of our pool party on Sunday.
