Organizzare il nostro matrimonio da sogno con Gaia è stato, davvero, un sogno. Fin dal primo contatto, abbiamo sentito molta sicurezza nel suo lavoro, e nel corso di tutto il processo questa sensazione si è solo rafforzata. Gaia si è occupata di ogni dettaglio della cerimonia con uno sguardo attento a ciò che volevamo e di cui avevamo bisogno. Nel grande giorno, abbiamo avuto la sensazione di semplicemente “esistere” e di godere di ogni momento, con la tranquillità di sapere che tutto era stato condotto con organizzazione e cura. È passato poco più di un mese dal nostro sogno completo e totale di un matrimonio a settembre alla La Madonnina di Barni, pianificato, coordinato e completamente protetto come un angelo custode da Gaia.
Il mio attuale marito ed io abbiamo parlato per la prima volta con Gaia poco più di un anno fa, quando cercavamo possibilità per avere il matrimonio intimo sul Lago di Como dei nostri sogni e fin dal primo momento abbiamo saputo che volevamo lavorare con lei. Era così gentile, così entusiasta, aperta di mente e creativa, ci ascoltava e faceva suggerimenti su come far funzionare le idee insieme. Siamo basati nel Regno Unito e non avremmo voluto pianificare qualcosa all’estero senza la sua saggezza e la sua esperienza su cui poter contare.
Sapevo fin da subito che volevo trascorrere il nostro giorno godendo di ogni angolo del lago possibile – una cerimonia sul lago, cocktail sull’acqua, seguiti da cena e ricevimento sulla montagna con la vista da sogno del balcone della La Madonnina come sfondo. Gaia ha affrontato la sfida con entusiasmo totale – lavorando con il team di Villa Monastero attraverso un cambio di governance che ha ritardato la conferma e la prenotazione, sistemando taxi, barche e pullman, assicurandosi che la nostra idea del giorno diventasse realtà. Durante tutto il processo di pianificazione del nostro matrimonio, è stata un ottimo punto di contatto e mi è piaciuto molto sedermi per chiamate Zoom con lei e discutere i dettagli. Abbiamo pensato che probabilmente avesse visto tutto nei suoi anni come organizzatrice di matrimoni sul Lago di Como, e avevamo ragione! Ci ha dato consigli su calzature per gli ospiti, piani di emergenza, meteo, illuminazione, riutilizzo dei fiori, crema solare, orari di risveglio – tutto. Data la nostra agenda attiva di viaggi intorno al lago tutto il giorno, è merito suo se nessun ospite, anello, promessa o boutonnière sono andati perduti. Sono profondamente grata per la sua collaborazione con i nostri fotografi, che erano in Spagna, per aver messo insieme un programma della giornata che tutti potessero seguire e che ci ha mantenuto (più o meno) nei tempi!
Il giorno del nostro matrimonio, Gaia aveva tutto sotto controllo e ha mantenuto una comunicazione eccellente durante tutta la giornata – riuscendo a reindirizzare il mio tassista al porto giusto, chiamando i piloti delle barche per coordinare i tempi, ecc. La sua professionalità calma e solare è stata inestimabile quando, durante il ricevimento, è apparsa una tempesta sul radar meteo. Ha chiesto a mio marito e a me se andavamo bene a spostare la festa e i dolci all’interno, e con la nostra approvazione, ha eseguito tutto senza problemi prima che finisse il pasto. Alla fine, è stato un vero salvataggio, perché tutti hanno potuto entrare nel caldo, ballare e bere, e uscire per godersi i fuochi d’artificio perfetti, senza nemmeno notare che il cielo era stato illuminato da fulmini meno di un’ora prima.
Abbiamo prenotato due pullman per riportare i nostri ospiti a Bellagio, ma un imprevisto si è verificato quando il primo pullman si è guastato nel parcheggio di La Madonnina. Mentre i nostri ospiti tornavano alla festa, Gaia, con un po’ di magia, è riuscita a risolvere la situazione (ne sono sicura, non è stato affatto facile come sembra) e siamo tornati tutti giù per la montagna con un nuovo pullman entro l’orario di chiusura.
È quasi un peccato non avere più motivo di chiacchierare di fiori e palette di colori con Gaia ora che il nostro matrimonio è passato! Sappiamo già che torneremo alla La Madonnina per un pasto ogni volta che torneremo sui laghi e spero davvero di poterle dare un abbraccio e un ringraziamento personale mentre saremo lì. Se state considerando un matrimonio sui laghi italiani, a qualsiasi budget, non possiamo raccomandarla abbastanza.\n-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nIt’s been a little over a month since our complete and utter dream of a September wedding at La Madonnina di Barni, planned, coordinated, and completely guardian-angel-ed by Gaia.
My now husband and I first spoke with Gaia a little over a year ago when looking at possibilities to have the intimate Lake Como wedding of our dreams and from that first instance, we knew we wanted to work with her. She was so kind, so enthusiastic, open-minded and creative, listening to us and making suggestions about how to make ideas work together. We are based in the UK and would have not wanted to plan something overseas without her wisdom and experience to draw on. I knew early on that I wanted to spend our day enjoying every vantage of the lake that we could - a ceremony on the lakeside, cocktails on the water, followed by dinner and reception on the mountainside with La Madonnina’s dreamy balcony view as our backdrop. Gaia took on the challenge with total enthusiasm - working with the team at Villa Monastero through a change of governance that delayed confirmation and booking, sorting out taxis, boats and coaches, making sure our idea of the day would be a reality. Throughout the process of planning our wedding, she was a great contact and I loved sitting down for Zoom calls with her and hashing through the details. We figured she had probably seen it all in her years as a Lake Como wedding planner, and we were proved so right! We got advice on footwear for our guests, contingency plans, weather, lighting, reusing flowers, sunscreen, wake up times - you name it. Given our active schedule travelling around the lake all day, it is completely due to her that we had no guests, rings, vows, or boutonnieres go AWOL. I am deeply grateful for her collaboration with our photographers, who were based in Spain, for putting together a schedule of the day that everyone could follow and kept us (pretty close) to time!
On the day of our wedding, Gaia had everything under control and had great communication throughout the day - able to redirect my taxi driver to the right port, calling boat drivers to coordinate timings, etc. Her calm and sunny professionalism was invaluable come the reception when a thunderstorm appeared on the weather radar. She asked my husband and I if we would be okay to move our party and desserts inside, and with our approval, she executed it all seamlessly before the meal was over. In the end, it was an absolute godsend as everyone got to come into the warm, get their dance and drink on, and emerge to enjoy the perfect fireworks, hardly even noticing that the sky had been filled with lightning less than an hour before.
We had two coaches booked to take our guests back to Bellagio but disruption struck when our first coach broke down in the La Madonnina car park. While our guests came back to the party, Gaia by some magic managed to sort out the situation (I’m sure it was not nearly as easy as I am making it sound in the slightest) and we were all off back down the mountain in a new coach by closing time.
It’s almost a shame to not have reason to chat flowers and colour palettes with Gaia again now that our wedding is through! We already know that we will be back to La Madonnina for a meal whenever we are back in the lakes and I truly hope we will be able to give Gaia a hug and a personal thank you while we’re there. The best wedding planner ever!
Non so nemmeno da dove cominciare - Gaia è la migliore in assoluto!!!!
Abbiamo pianificato il miglior matrimonio che avremmo mai potuto immaginare dall'Australia e onestamente è stato un gioco da ragazzi. Gaia & Gabi hanno portato a termine il più spettacolare weekend di eventi per noi e non sarebbe stato davvero possibile accadere senza di loro. Gaia pensava ad ogni singola possibilità e aveva un piano Come, B & Cs in caso di qualcosa che va storto con il tempo, ecc. È super reattiva e così comprensiva.
Abbiamo avuto un matrimonio misto e abbiamo avuto un sacco di tradizioni palestinesi incorporate nel nostro matrimonio e anche se questo non è comunemente fatto nel lago di Como - Gaia ci ha aiutato con ogni singolo elemento e ci ha anche dato la grande idea di avere tamburelli personalizzati che sono stati un enorme successo con i nostri ospiti.
Avevamo ospiti provenienti da Stati Uniti, Regno Unito, Australia, Canada, Medio Oriente e Gaia ci ha aiutato a coordinarlo così bene che tutti potevano ottenere tutte le informazioni di cui avevano bisogno per rendere il loro viaggio il più semplice possibile.
Onestamente, Gaia vale il suo peso in oro. Ci sentiamo davvero così fortunati ad averla trovata e se potessi assumerla per ogni evento futuro nelle nostre vite - lo farei!!
Gaia sei davvero il migliore e spero che tu abbia la carriera più incredibile a venire - te lo meriti davvero!!

I don't even know where to begin - Gaia is the absolute best!!!!
We planned the best wedding we could have ever imagined all the way from Australia and honestly it was a breeze. Gaia & Gabi pulled off the most spectacular weekend of events for us and it truly couldn't have happened without them. Gaia thought of every single possibility and had plan As, Bs & Cs in case of anything going wrong with weather etc. She is super responsive and so understanding.
We had a mixed race wedding and had a lot of Palestinian traditions incorporated into our wedding and even though this isn't commonly done in Lake Como - Gaia helped us out with every single element and even gave us the great idea of having personalised tambourines which were a HUGE hit with our guests.
We had guests come from the US, the UK, Australia, Canada, the middle east and Gaia helped us coordinate it so well that everyone could get all the info they needed to make their trip as easy as possible.
Honestly, Gaia is worth her weight in gold. We truly feel so blessed to have found her and if I could hire her for every future event in our lives - I would!!
Gaia you really are the best and I hope you have the most amazing career to come - you really deserve it!!

Abbiamo lavorato con Gaia & Gabby per il nostro matrimonio di luglio 2025 e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza incredibile! Abbiamo iniziato a pianificare nell'ottobre del 2023, e anche con oltre un anno da preparare, non avevamo idea di quanto vada nella pianificazione del matrimonio. Può sicuramente essere stressante - ma con Gaia & Gabby, tutto sembrava molto più facile e più liscio di quanto sarebbe stato da solo. Ci hanno aiutato a gestire il nostro budget, i nostri fornitori, la timeline, il design e l'arredamento, le prove, il giorno del coordinamento e molto altro ancora!
Gaia ha un sacco di esperienza nel mondo della pianificazione del matrimonio e sa davvero cosa rende speciale il giorno. Ha fatto domande che non avevamo mai nemmeno pensato per garantire che il nostro matrimonio non fosse solo ben organizzato e divertente, ma davvero unico per noi. Non ci ha mai fatto sentire come un'altra coppia - ha preso il tempo per conoscerci e capire la nostra visione. Inoltre, era sempre disponibile a rispondere alle domande e felice di salire su una chiamata ogni volta che avevamo bisogno.
Una delle parti migliori del lavoro con Gaia è la sua profonda relazione con i venditori locali. Ha davvero mostrato durante tutto il processo - tutti lo sapevano e mi piaceva, quindi ci siamo sempre sentiti ben curati e anche un po 'viziati! Non abbiamo mai dovuto preoccuparci di trovare e proteggere i migliori fioristi, fotografi, bande o fornitori di illuminazione - Gaia aveva già contatti di fiducia e comunicato perfettamente la nostra visione.
Gabby è entrata a far parte del team qualche mese fa, quindi non abbiamo lavorato con lei così da vicino come Gaia, ma ogni volta che lo facevamo era fantastico! Ha contribuito a organizzare la nostra festa di benvenuto in barca il giorno prima del matrimonio, rendendolo romantico, intimo e divertente. Ha anche fatto fermare il capitano in bei posti come Villa Balbianello per foto epiche con il nostro fotografo!
Che tu sia italiano o che tu stia organizzando un matrimonio in Italia dall’estero, lavorare con Gaia e Gabby ne vale la pena. Se vieni dall'estero, è praticamente essenziale averli al tuo fianco per una giornata liscia e senza stress. Gestiscono ogni domanda e tutto il coordinamento che porta al matrimonio e il giorno stesso, quindi non devi preoccuparti di una cosa.

We worked with Gaia & Gabby for our July 2025 wedding and had an amazing experience! We started planning back in October 2023, and even with over a year to prepare, we had no idea just how much goes into wedding planning. It can definitely be stressful - but with Gaia & Gabby, everything felt so much easier and smoother than it would have been on our own. They helped us manage our budget, vendors, timeline, design and décor, rehearsal, day-of coordination, and so much more!
Gaia has tons of experience in the wedding planning world and really knows what makes the day special. She asked questions we’d never even considered to ensure our wedding was not only well-organized and fun but truly unique to us. She never made us feel like just another couple - she took the time to get to know us and understand our vision. Plus, she was always available to answer questions and happy to hop on a call whenever we needed.
One of the best parts about working with Gaia is her deep relationships with local vendors. It really showed throughout the process - everyone knew and liked her, so we always felt well taken care of and even a little spoiled! We never had to worry about finding and securing the best florists, photographers, bands, or lighting providers - Gaia already had trusted contacts and communicated our vision perfectly.
Gabby joined the team a few months ago, so we didn’t work with her as closely as Gaia, but every time we did was fantastic! She helped organize our boat trip welcome party the day before the wedding, making it romantic, intimate, and fun. She even had the captain stop at beautiful spots like Villa Balbianello for epic photos with our photographer!
Whether you’re Italian or planning a wedding in Italy from abroad, working with Gaia and Gabby is absolutely worth it. If you’re coming from overseas, it’s practically essential to have them by your side for a smooth, stress-free day. They handle every question and all the coordination leading up to the wedding and on the day itself - so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Perfect day
Abbiamo ottenuto il matrimonio dei nostri sogni grazie a Gaia e al team di La Madonnina. La giornata è stata perfetta per finire, e potrei essere un po 'di parte, ma è il miglior matrimonio in cui sia mai stato! Il cibo era incredibile e tutti i venditori ci raccomandavano di usare per fiori e fascia erano incredibili e tutti combinati per creare la giornata più divertente e bella

Nuestra boda tuvo lugar en julio de este año, precedida por un año de planificación con DWS Italia. También nos hemos familiarizado con la oferta de otros consultores de este lado, y puedo decir completamente que es la mejor empresa organizacional. No sólo muestra paciencia, comprensión, profesionalismo, sino también gente maravillosa. Para todas las necesidades hemos obtenido una respuesta rápida, el presupuesto se ha cumplido como con la calidad. A lo largo del año de la planificación, en línea, nunca hubo ningún problema, lo que es más, con todo el estrés y número de tareas, el consultor se mantuvo profesional, perdonó y cada reunión estuvo en un ambiente fantástico. El día de la boda fue perfecto, a pesar de la gran discrepancia de idioma, los invitados fueron informados de todo, los consultores permanecieron tranquilos durante todo el día y reaccionaron rápidamente a cada situación. Zapoznaliśmy się z ofertą innych konsultantów także z tej strony, i mogę całkowicie stwierdzić, że jest to najlepsza firma organizacyjna. Nie tylko wykazuje się cierpliwością, zrozumieniem, profesjonalizmem, ale także cudownymi ludźmi. Na wszystkie potrzeby uzyskaliśmy szybką odpowiedź, budżet został dotrzymany jak wraz z jakością. Przez cały rok planowania, online, ani razu nie było żadnego problemu, co więcej przy całym stresie i ilości zadań konsultantki pozostały profesjonalne, wyrozumiałe i każde spotkanie było w fantastycznej atmosferze. Dzień ślubu był idealny, mimo dużej rozbieżności językowej, goście byli poinformowani o wszystkim, konsultantki przez cały dzień pozostały spokojne i szybko reagowały na każdą sytuację. Jeśli chodzi o koszty usług, to nie spodziewaliśmy się, że za taką ceną uzyskamy taką usługę i przy wysokich naszych wymaganiach jest to nawet więcej niż byśmy oczekiwali. -

Sono incredibilmente grato per il supporto di Gaia e del suo team nel preparare il mio fidanzamento. Fin dall'inizio, la collaborazione è stata piacevole, trasparente e assolutamente professionale.
