Siamo stati al matrimonio dei nostri amici sul Lago di Garda, organizzato da Ginny, e ho capito subito che sarebbe stata la nostra wedding planner e che il bellissimo Lago di Garda sarebbe stato il luogo del nostro matrimonio.

Ginny è estremamente impegnata e molto richiesta, quindi se riesci a prenotarla sei estremamente fortunato. Abbiamo posticipato i nostri piani di un paio di mesi per assicurarci di poterla avere nel nostro team.

Ginny è stata così calma, composta, di supporto, amichevole, paziente e organizzata durante tutto il processo. È sempre stata disponibile a rispondere al telefono, a dare consigli, a prendere decisioni difficili, a offrire alternative, a trovare soluzioni e ad aiutare in ogni modo possibile. È una professionista impeccabile ed esperta in ciò che fa, con una vasta conoscenza del Lago di Garda e delle sue varie location, quindi non sorprende che tutto sia andato così liscio – anche le decisioni dell’ultimo minuto e le cose a cui non avevo pensato.

Ginny is extremely busy and highly in demand so if you manage to book her in you are extremely lucky. We put our plans off by a couple of months to make sure we were able to have her on our team.

Ginny was so calm, collected, supportive, friendly, patient and organised throughout the entire process. She was always there to pick up the phone, give a steer, make a tough call, offer alternative suggestions, find solutions and just help in whatever way she could. She’s a consummate professional and expert in what she does with so much knowledge of Lake Garda and its various locations so it was unsurprising that everything ran so smoothly - even the last minute decisions and things which I hadn’t thought about.

Ginny was also our celebrant and did a wonderful job for us. She interacted so well with our guests and we were delighted to have her with us for the entire weekend.

What can we say—we asked, and you truly delivered. We had the most incredible time celebrating with friends and some family who travelled from the UK after our wedding in Australia.

From the very beginning, Ginny was gracious, kind, funny, and endlessly helpful. She took all the stress off our shoulders, offered fantastic advice and options, and stayed present and supportive throughout the entire 18-month lead-up.

We honestly had the best day of our lives – and so much of that is thanks to our incredible Ginny! From the very beginning, she was organised, calm, and completely on top of every detail. Ginny, where do we even start? From the very first conversation, we just knew you were the one for us! Every wedding of yours we've seen radiated pure happiness and fun, relaxed but so personal and we instantly knew you were the right fit for our day. Over the last year and a half, we've grown so close that it honestly feels bittersweet now the wedding is over. But what a wedding it was, the absolute wedding of our dreams, even more perfect than we ever imagined. The only consolation is that we know we've gained a friend for life. From showing us venues and driving us around once we finally got out to Lake Garda, to liaising with all our Italian vendors, sharing incredible ideas, and making sure nothing was lost in translation, you really left no stone unturned. You thought of everything, even letting us store our stationery and stands at your house in the run-up. You calmed our nerves, reassured us when doubts crept in, were always there for advice and were just an all-round wonderful human to have by our side. We can’t say enough good things about working with Ginny for our wedding in Italy! From the very beginning, she made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. Her communication was always prompt and clear, and she truly took the time to understand our vision. Even though Marcus and I booked the venue sight unseen and didn’t see it in person until five days before the wedding, we felt completely confident in her hands—and we were right to be.

Ginny has incredible relationships with local vendors, and you can tell they love working with her. Every detail was handled with care, and everything came together beautifully. On the day of our wedding, it started raining right before dinner, but Ginny seamlessly executed the backup plan and moved everything under the tent. Most of our guests didn’t even realize there had been a change—it was that smooth.

Ginny also went above and beyond to bring all of our extra ideas to life. From sourcing local items for the welcome bags to hanging a giant neon sign, printing a giant crossword, arranging a gelato cart, and creating a cigar and whiskey bar—she found a way to make it all happen, and every detail added so much personality and joy to the celebration.

On top of everything else, Ginny also officiated our ceremony. It was so special to have her be a part of it in such a meaningful way! The ceremony was absolutely beautiful—personal, heartfelt, and unforgettable!!

Ginny has all the qualities we could have hoped for in a wedding planner - calm, organised and a no ask is too much attitude.

She truly wants to bring your vision to life, guiding you and providing the much needed hand holding but doesn’t try to influence you on the big decisions. Entertainment was very important for us and it took a while to find the right band, but Ginny was patient and constantly finding new options until we found the perfect one, which she absolutely nailed!!

We hired Ginny to plan our wedding at Isola Del Garda/Gardone Riviera in September 2023 and it truly was the wedding of our dreams. Ginny is that rare wedding planner that stays completely calm during the craziness of planning, yet doesn’t miss a single important detail.
