Abbiamo iniziato il nostro viaggio dalla Nuova Zelanda. Organizzare un matrimonio dall’altra parte del mondo ha sicuramente le sue difficoltà, ma grazie all’ottima comunicazione tra me e Martina, è riuscita a realizzare la nostra visione ben oltre ogni nostra aspettativa. Abbiamo organizzato un matrimonio intimo, con 20 invitati in tutto. Avevamo richiesto cinque preventivi a diverse wedding planner, ma Martina ci era stata caldamente consigliata da diverse persone online e dalla nostra location, Villa Febea.
Martina ha fatto da tramite tra noi e i fornitori, alcuni dei quali non parlavano inglese fluentemente. La mattina del matrimonio sono rimasta nella vasca idromassaggio fino alle 10, ho fatto colazione con calma e mi sono rilassata fino al momento di prepararmi trucco e acconciatura. Nel frattempo, Martina coordinava l’allestimento della cerimonia, della cena, del bar e del palco per la band; si occupava di un angolo dedicato ai profumi e ai sigari; teneva i contatti con fotografi, videografi, musicisti, chef, personale del bar, addetti alla manutenzione dei giardini e concierge; gestiva le tempistiche, la logistica e tutto il resto di cui occorre occuparsi e che va supervisionato il giorno del matrimonio. Ha pensato anche ai piccoli dettagli per far sentire gli invitati più a loro agio. Faceva molto caldo, così ha organizzato dei parasoli per gli ospiti. C’è stato un problema con i pasti dei fornitori, ma ha risolto anche quello. Tutto ciò che avrebbe potuto andare storto non è successo, perché Martina ha gestito ogni cosa. Probabilmente ci sono stati diversi imprevisti di cui non sono nemmeno venuta a conoscenza, perché lei li ha semplicemente affrontati e risolti con grande professionalità. Ha anche fatto molto più del previsto. Ha notato e sistemato alcuni piccoli dettagli decorativi a cui io non avevo pensato. È davvero una professionista, oltre che una persona gentile e meravigliosa. Il suo compenso era più che ragionevole, considerando la sua competenza, l’attenzione ai dettagli, la capacità di gestire il tempo e l’efficienza con cui ha lavorato.
Sono davvero felice di averla conosciuta e di aver avuto il piacere di vedere la nostra visione prendere vita, tutto grazie a Martina. Non avremmo davvero potuto farcela senza di lei. Le siamo immensamente grati per il suo servizio e non possiamo raccomandarla abbastanza.
Se state pensando di sposarvi in Italia, Martina è una scelta irrinunciabile! Grazie di cuore, Martina!

Planning a wedding from the other side of the world certainly has its challenges, but with great communication between myself and Martina, she was able to execute our vision beyond what we could have imagined. We had a smaller wedding of 20 guests total. We'd had 5 quotes from various wedding coordinators, but Martina had come very highly recommended by multiple people online, and our venue, Villa Febea.
Martina was the conduit between ourselves and the vendors, several of whom were not fluent in English. The morning of my wedding day, I was in the jacuzzi until 10am, I had a leisurely breakfast, and relaxed until it was time for hair and make up. In the background, Martina was coordinating the ceremony, dinner, bar and band set up, a perfume and cigar stand, liaising with photographers, videographers, musicians, the chef, the bar staff, the ground staff, the concierge, managing time frames, dealing with logistics, and everything else that needs managing and overseeing on the day. She took care of the little things to help make guests more comfortable. It was a very hot day, so she organised parasols for guests. There was a mix up with food for vendors, so she sorted it. Anything that could have gone wrong, didn't - because Martina handled it all. There were probably a number of things that could have gone wrong that I never even heard about, because she just dealt with it and handled it like a true professional. She also went above and beyond. There were certain small decor details that I hadn't thought of, that she noticed - and resolved. She is truly such a professional, such a kind and beautiful person. Her pricing was beyond reasonable for the skill, attention to detail, time management and efficiency that she was able to deliver.
I am so glad we got to meet her, and had the pleasure of seeing our vision come to life - all thanks to Martina. We truly could not have done it without her. We're so grateful for her service, and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Martina è stata estremamente disponibile durante tutto il processo di organizzazione del matrimonio. Organizzare un matrimonio all’estero non è facile, ma lei ha reso la scelta dei fiori un gioco da ragazzi. Le ho inviato tutta la mia idea e lei è riuscita a trasformare tutte le mie proposte in un piano meraviglioso. Abbiamo avuto un matrimonio fantastico due settimane fa e abbiamo lavorato a stretto contatto con Martina per i 18 mesi precedenti, che si è assicurata che tutto fosse perfetto. È stata incredibilmente disponibile e ha capito rapidamente cosa io e il mio partner desideravamo per far sì che il nostro matrimonio fosse come lo immaginavamo. Non avremmo potuto chiedere una coordinatrice di matrimonio migliore. Dalle prime conversazioni fino al giorno stesso del matrimonio, Martina è stata un vero piacere lavorare con lei e un grande supporto durante tutto il percorso.
Nel periodo che ha preceduto il matrimonio, Martina è stata incredibilmente reattiva, organizzata e sempre un passo avanti. Nessuna domanda era troppo piccola, e ogni dettaglio è stato gestito con cura e professionalità. Ha portato calma, struttura e ottimi consigli in ogni fase, rendendo il processo di pianificazione molto più piacevole e senza stress per noi.
Il giorno del matrimonio stesso, Martina è stata eccezionale. Tutto è filato liscio, e eventuali problemi sono stati gestiti in modo efficiente, permettendoci di rilassarci e godere di ogni momento. Sapere che tutto era sotto controllo ha fatto una grande differenza.
