Abbiamo iniziato a pianificare il nostro matrimonio in Italia da soli, senza comprendere appieno i sistemi, i fornitori o le sfumature culturali. Riuscimmo a prenotare alcuni fornitori, ma presto divenne chiaro che avevamo bisogno di qualcuno che comprendesse davvero il processo. Assumere Sara fu il momento in cui tutto cambiò. Guardando indietro ora, non c’è assolutamente modo che avremmo potuto completare il nostro matrimonio senza di lei. Il valore che ha portato è stato dieci volte superiore.

Dal nostro primo incontro virtuale, ha eliminato tutto lo stress. Ci ha guidato passo dopo passo, spiegato le tempistiche e ha contattato immediatamente tutti i fornitori che avevamo già prenotato. Per i fornitori di cui avevamo ancora bisogno, ha fatto raccomandazioni ponderate e ha coordinato tutto direttamente per nostro conto, rispettando il nostro budget. Il sollievo è stato immediato.

L’organizzazione di Sara è straordinaria. Ha centralizzato ogni contratto, creato un foglio di calcolo completo del budget e ha realizzato un dettagliato cronoprogramma per il giorno del matrimonio che copriva ogni minimo dettaglio. Ha anche rivisto tutti i tempi con i nostri fornitori e suggerito aggiustamenti per ottimizzare la luce del sole, la fotografia e il flusso dell’intera giornata.

La sua creatività è eccezionale. Abbiamo condiviso la nostra idea di design iniziale e lei ha collaborato con il fiorista e il lighting designer per creare qualcosa di molto oltre le nostre aspettative. Vedere allestire la reception per la prima volta ci ha lasciato senza fiato.

Il giorno era con noi dalla mattina a mezzanotte. Non ha commesso alcun errore. Ha notato ogni dettaglio, anche aggiustando l’abito da sposa durante la cerimonia quando non era perfettamente seduto. Ha gestito tutto silenziosamente sullo sfondo, così da permetterci di godere completamente della giornata. Avevamo sentito dire che i matrimoni possono sembrare frettolosi e stressanti, ma il nostro è stato l’esatto contrario. Siamo stati completamente presenti e rilassati, e tutto ciò è merito suo.

Anche i nostri ospiti se ne sono accorti. Continuavano a dire quanto fosse incredibile e quanto tutto fosse andato liscio. Entrambe le nostre mamme sono rimaste sbalordite. E i fornitori la rispettano chiaramente. L’hanno ascoltata, si sono fidati di lei e hanno lavorato insieme senza intoppi. Si percepisce la differenza quando un’organizzatrice è profondamente rispettata.

Fin dal primo incontro abbiamo capito di avere davanti la persona giusta: precisa, organizzata, determinata ma con una dolcezza e una simpatia che ci hanno fanno sentire subito a nostro agio.
Ha saputo ascoltarci, capirci, e trasformare ogni nostra idea ed esigenza in qualcosa di reale, bellissimo e perfettamente coordinato. Sempre presente, con mille soluzioni brillanti, ma mai invadente.

Wow wow wow! Sara è stata davvero fantastica! Non potremo mai esprimere abbastanza quanto siamo stati fortunati ad averla al nostro fianco per il nostro viaggio di nozze. Una preoccupazione particolare che avevamo riguardava il tempo, dato che avevamo programmato di svolgere la maggior parte del nostro matrimonio a Lucca all'aperto. Tuttavia, Sara ci ha aiutato molto a pianificare un piano di riserva in caso di pioggia (e anche un piano di riserva). Quando è arrivato il giorno del matrimonio, ci siamo trovati di fronte a nuvole di pioggia, ma il piano di Sara era perfetto e la transizione agli spazi interni è stata perfetta. Inoltre, gli spazi interni che ha progettato erano così belli e la giornata è stata forse anche migliore di quanto pensassimo!

Se dovessimo rifare tutto, non cambieremmo nulla, perché Sara ha organizzato tutto in modo meraviglioso. Dai fiori, alla musica, al design dei dettagli del matrimonio... è stato tutto meraviglioso, e tutto grazie a Sara.

Wow wow wow! Sara was so amazing! We cannot express enough how lucky we were to have her by our side for our wedding journey. She is an absolutely wonderful person, so kind and genuine and supportive, while also very honest in the tough decisions that need to be made to
make sure the wedding day is perfect.

One particular concern we had was regarding the weather, as we planned on having most of our Lucca wedding outside. However, Sara was so helpful in planning a backup plan in case of rain (and a backup-backup plan as well). When the wedding day arrived, we were indeed met with rain clouds— but Sara’s plan was perfect, and the transition to the inside spaces was seamless. More than that, the indoor spaces she planned out were so lovely, and the day was perhaps even better than we thought possible!

If we had to do the whole thing again, we would not change a single thing, because Sara planned everything so wonderfully. From the flowers, to the music, to the design of the wedding details... it was all wonderful, and all thanks to Sara.

Sara ha aiutato a coordinare il giorno del nostro matrimonio nel settembre 2023 a Montalcino, in Toscana. Il matrimonio in chiesa e il ricevimento con cena all'aperto si sono svolti senza intoppi grazie alla sua pianificazione dettagliata e al suo approccio pratico. La cosa più preziosa con cui ci ha aiutato è stato il nostro piano B in caso di tempo sfortunato, che si è rivelato positivo. È stato divertente lavorare con lei e una settimana prima del grande giorno ci ha fornito un piano completo di 21 pagine, coprendo tutti i dettagli del giorno del matrimonio; fino a quale canzone viene riprodotta e quando, quale fornitore sta facendo cosa e quando.
