Ho avuto il piacere di incontrare e lavorare con la talentuosa e cara Diletta, proprietaria di RetròScena Spa, in occasione del mio destination wedding alle Cinque Terre svoltosi di recente. Essendo canadese, non conoscendo nessun fornitore di matrimoni in loco e non avendo amici che potessero fornirmi un'opinione, mi sono affidata al mio istinto e ho scelto RetròScena per il trucco del matrimonio dopo un breve scambio di e-mail. La sua comunicazione in inglese è davvero eccellente e questo è stato un vero vantaggio. Avevo anche bisogno di assumere un parrucchiere e anche trovare un fiorista e Diletta mi ha aiutato a organizzare (e tradurre) tutto questo. Lei è andata ben al di là! Diletta è una persona dal cuore sincero. È un maestro di bellezza e di gusto. Inoltre, è premurosa in tutto ciò che fa e si prenderà il tempo necessario per ascoltare i tuoi desideri e feedback. Utilizza prodotti di alta qualità: il mio matrimonio si è svolto in una calda giornata di sole, al mare e anche dopo 8 ore (cerimonia, pianto, servizio fotografico, cena, ecc.) il mio ombretto era ancora al suo posto! Ha passato un test di prova del trucco e un intero giorno di nozze. Altri aspetti: RetroScena è facile da trovare dalla stazione di La Spezia Migarina. RestroScena accetta le carte di credito per il pagamento (che è un altro bonus per una sposa all'estero). Se hai bisogno di una parrucchiera, Diletta può aiutarti ad organizzare un appuntamento con Marina da MyHair Salon (a soli 5 minuti a piedi da RetroScena). Marie Pia che gestisce la reception è cordiale e ti offre un buonissimo (e forte) espresso! Oppure, se preferisci, farà un thè calmante/disintossicante, che è l'ideale per le spose agitate! Ha fatto sentire me e mia madre come se fossimo sue vecchie amiche. Consiglio vivamente a qualsiasi sposa di assumere Diletta di RetroScena per il trucco del matrimonio.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with the very talented and friendly, Diletta owner of RetroScena Spa, during my destination wedding in Cinque Terre recently. Being a Canadian, not knowing any local wedding vendors, nor any friends who could provide a review I went on my instincts to go with RetroScena for my wedding make up application even after a few brief email correspondences. Her English Communication is really strong which was a real benefit. I also needed to hire a hair stylist to help me with an undo, and also find a flower shop - Diletta helped arrange (and translate) all of that for me as well. She went above and beyond! Diletta is a genuinely kind hearted person. She is a master of beauty and aesthetics. Also, she is thoughtful in everything she does and will take the time to listen to your wishes and feedback. She has high quality products - my wedding was on a hot sunny day by the sea and even after 8 hours (ceremony, crying, photo shoot, dinner etc.) my eye shadow was still in place! She included one test make up trial and one full wedding day trial.
Other notes: RetroScena is easy to find from La Spezia Migarina station. RestroScena will accept credit cards for payment (which is another bonus for a destination bride!). If you need hair stylist Diletta can help arrange an appointment with Marina from MyHair Salon (just a 5 minute walk from RetroScena). Marie Pia who manages the front desk offers warm greetings and very nice (and strong!) espresso too! Or if you prefer she will make a calming / detox tea, which is ideal for jittery brides! She made me and my mother feel like we were old friends of hers. I would highly recommend any bride to hire Diletta from RetroScena for their wedding make up as well.
